Conveyor Belt Systems (TBS)
Stationary TBS
The stationary TBS is particularly suited to the cushioning and loading of non- standardised load carriers as well as goods with no load carrier.
The CBS offers you:
- a modular structure
- vailable on 1 or 2 fl oors
- loading capacity up to 25.000 kg
- compatible with our mobile CBS
- automatic loading and unloading
- small-sized construction,
using the entire surface of the trailer.
Mobile TBS
The mobile TBS is a pallet-wide conveyor belt system that covers the entire surface of the
trailer. The systems can be loaded or unloaded automatically using stationary CBS and other conveyors. Only a small-sized construction is needed here. The systems are of modular construction, with a loading capacity of up to 25,000 kg. Conveyor Belt Systems (TBS)
Mobile TBS
The mobile TBS is a pallet-wide conveyor belt system that covers the entire surface of the

The Lance Loader
The Lance Loader is able to load your truck with no further conveyors required. The loading sequence takes place in one single step using the entire space of the trailer.
Appearing with a high loading speed, the Lance Loader is the perfect logistic solution for pallets, roller containers and other standardized load carriers.

Lifting Floors
The Schier lifting floor doubles your loading capacity for goods that cannot be stacked. We can supply it with a maximum loading length of 13,600 m and a lifting capacity of up to 10,000 kg. The lifting floor is palletwide and can be moved under load. The new Schier lifting floor is constructed in modular form and can be supplied as selfassembly construction kit or as a readyinstalled system.
