Lance system The Schier lance system enables the automatic loading and unloading of vehicles- und with no additional conveyor system installations on the truck. The system achieves a high transhipment performance. Lifting floors The Schier lifting floor doubles your loading capacity for goods that cannot be stacked. We can supply it with a maximum loading length of 13,600 m and a lifting capacity of up to 10,000 kg. The lifting floor is pallet-wide and can be moved under load. The new Schier lifting floor is constructed in modular form and can be supplied as self- assembly construction kit or as a ready-installed system. Conveyor belt systems (CBS) Stationary CBS The stationary CBS is particularly suited to the cushioning and loading of non- standardised load carriers as well as goods with no load carrier. This offers you a modular structure of up to 15 metres in length and a loading capacity of up to 25,000 kg and reproduces a truck length. Stationary CBS are compatible with mobile CBS and other conveyor system modules. Mobile TBS The mobile CBS is a pallet-wide conveyor belt system that covers the entire surface of the trai- ler. The systems can be loaded or unloaded auto- matically using stationary CBS and other convey- ors. Only a small-sized construction is needed here. The systems are of modular construction, with a loading capacity of up to 25,000 kg. Loading systems SID Schier Engineering can look back on decades-long experience in the Truck Systems field. We supply you with systems for the efficient transhipment of goods. We supply a range of products for the complete supply chain. We accept your products, convey, stack, cushion and load them automatically onto the truck. In the process, we focus especially on production – warehouse – production flows as well as warehouse – warehouse – movements.
